MemoAI is a free-to-use pocket vocabulary application that allows users to:
- Save, edit, and delete memos (words or phrases), translations, and examples.
- Build synonym/antonym relationships between memos.
- Organize memos using tags.
- Create at least one dictionary (e.g., French, Spanish) and store respective memos within it.

3. User Accounts.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
MemoAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities.

By using MemoAI, you agree that you will not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users without permission.
- Upload harmful content, including but not limited to malware or offensive material.

5. Privacy Policy.

Your use of MemoAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property.

MemoAI and all associated content, trademarks, and branding are owned by MemoAI developers.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability.

MemoAI is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user expectations.
MemoAI and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

MemoAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other communication channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union.
